No. We build websites from ground up. However, if you get inspired by any existing design, we pick up a template and heavily customize it to suit your requirements.

I know this sounds like an amazing deal – and you may get lucky! BUT the adage of ‘you get what you pay for’ is more likely. What we have seen happen is that YOU have to provide the creative, YOU have to provide the wording, YOU need to have the ideas and more. Then, when it is done – you will most likely find that this person is nowhere to be found when you need changes, additions or updates!

When you hire us, we will send you a form to fill out that is a ‘Discovery Form’ – this gives us all the essentials. Then, we will work with you to get ideas for design, graphics, customization, website function and more. If you need photography and videography, we will schedule those for as soon as possible. We also schedule copywriting and content creation.

Once we have all of these in place – our amazing designers will go to work creating mock-ups for logos, graphics and the website itself.

The entire process takes anywhere from 4-12 weeks. (Ecommerce sites usually take a bit longer – from 12-24 weeks)

Absolutely – we can be flexible! Our standard payment terms are 50% down to start the project and 50% upon completion before launch.

It depends on the complexity of the project such as how much information is already in place (a redesign where you already have logo, photos, content…etc, can often be done within 18 days!), how timely you are in getting information to us and scheduling updates, and then how many elements there are to the design. Most of the time, delays happen when we are waiting on a client to provide content pictures or shoot video.

We absolutely can – but if you have your own domain and hosting, we can often work with that as well.
